By creating an account, accessing, or using FakeXPost.com in any way, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Service

FakeXPost.com provides browser-based tools that let users create social media and messaging mockup images for parody, satire, education, entertainment, design, and creative expression. Our Service includes:

• Customizable tweet generator with various themes and layouts
• Reply chain and threaded conversation creation
• Special preview modes (blocked, suspended, rate-limited screens)
• Free standard 2× PNG downloads, including the tweet all-themes download
• Optional paid 4× PNG, JPG, and WebP exports offered through one-time passes or subscriptions

The Service is provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use FakeXPost.com only for lawful and ethical purposes. By using our Service, you agree to the following:

IMPORTANT: You take full responsibility for any content you create using our Service. FakeXPost.com is not liable for how you use, share, or distribute generated content. Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

4. User Accounts and Security

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Accounts are not required for the live generators or standard 2× PNG exports. An account may be required to activate, restore, or manage paid advanced-export access. FakeXPost does not currently offer cloud-saved projects, team collaboration, or an API.

6. Payments, Passes, and Subscriptions

Every live generator, the standard watermark-free 2× PNG export, and the tweet all-themes download remain available without payment or an account. Project Pass and Creator Pro add only 4× resolution plus JPG and WebP export formats. The price, billing interval, and access period are shown before checkout.

• A one-time pass provides the features and access period stated at checkout and does not automatically renew unless checkout clearly says otherwise
• A subscription automatically renews at the displayed interval until you cancel it; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period
• You may cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls, or by contacting support; cancelling stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for a completed billing period
• Refund eligibility is described at checkout and is also subject to applicable law; you may contact support about a mistaken or defective purchase, and we may issue refunds at our discretion where permitted
• Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not store your complete payment-card number
• Prices and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You are responsible for charges and taxes associated with your purchase
• We may suspend a paid entitlement for nonpayment, chargeback, fraud, or abuse, and may change future renewal prices after providing advance notice required by law

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free
• That the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• That defects will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAKEXPOST.COM AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Reputational harm or personal injury
• Legal consequences arising from your use or misuse of generated content
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (or $100 USD if you have not made any payments).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or defamation rights; (d) any content you create, share, or distribute using the Service; or (e) any illegal or harmful activities conducted using the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Request by law enforcement or court order
• Extended period of inactivity
• Technical or security concerns

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

• Informal Negotiation: First attempt to resolve through good-faith negotiation
• Binding Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FakeXPost.com
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to any successor
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
